These Terms govern your use of the SimFlyMinimums application and website. By installing or using SimFlyMinimums, you agree to these Terms.
Not for real-world navigation
SimFlyMinimums is intended solely for flight simulation and entertainment. It is not certified for, and must never be used for, real-world navigation, flight planning or aircraft operation. All data may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SimFlyMinimums for your own flight simulation use. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the application except where permitted by law.
Subscriptions & billing
- Premium is offered as a monthly or annual subscription at the prices shown on the Pricing page.
- Each Premium plan begins with a free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may exclude taxes (such as VAT), which are shown at checkout where applicable.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will arrange a refund in line with our refund practice. (Exact terms to be confirmed.)
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
Some features require your own third-party API keys (map and AI providers). You are responsible for your use of those services and any costs they incur. We are not responsible for third-party availability, pricing or terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the application, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer & liability
SimFlyMinimums is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (To be confirmed.)
